Contact Nkolefarm

Nkolefarm is run by Mosematic Technologies. Email is the way to reach us, and every message is read by a person, not a bot.

Before you sign up

Questions about whether Nkolefarm fits your farm, how many animals or plots a plan covers, or how workers and partners join: hello@mosematic.com. You can also start the 30-day free trial from sign up; no card is needed.

Help with your account

If something on your farm account is not working, write to hello@mosematic.com with your farm name, the phone or browser you use and, if you can, a screenshot. If the app is stuck after an update, say so: there is a reset that keeps your data.

Privacy and legal

Requests to see, correct or delete your data, and anything about the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy: hello@mosematic.com.
